“Industrial Group”

December 2022: the aggregation process begins with GRIM, the historic brand from the Marche region that produces self-propelled spraying booms.

July 2023: the Group's range expands into the vegetable segment with HORTECH, which manufactures harvesting and transplanting machines for open fields and greenhouses.

April 2024: the FYELD brand is unveiled. Thus is born a new, ambitious Industrial Group capable of fully overseeing the agronomic cycle of tomatoes, peppers, and root vegetables. A Group focused on sustainability and innovation, invested in Precision Farming solutions, and open to further consolidation in the sector to attract companies, expertise, and talent willing to contribute to the success of our project.

November 2024: KULT, a German company, joins the project. Its machines are equipped with patented soil cultivation systems, feature high-precision optical vision systems, and, in their robotic versions, are equipped with advanced vision technologies managed by Artificial Intelligence algorithms dedicated to identifying and selecting weeds from “good” plants, enabling next-generation mechanical weeding.

December 2024: FYELD’s product portfolio expands with the addition of trailed and mounted sprayers under the TOSELLI brand—an historic Italian company globally recognized in the spraying of high-value crops such as vegetables. The integration of a specialist company and a historic brand like TOSELLI definitively establishes FYELD as a leader in High Value Crops.

Consistency in the project, foresight in decision-making, efficiency in management: FYELD, the early signs show a great future ahead.
